One of the biggest concerns that potential clients have when speaking with us if they’ll have to sign over their home or a car or another piece of real property in order to get a bail bond with us.

Now, there are a lot of factors that we take into account when determining whether we need to take collateral or not.

Ultimately we’re looking to determing how much of a flight risk they are. And if we determine they have a greater likelihood of fleeing and not showing up to court, we may require collateral.

For the vast number of bonds that we write here at Huntington Beach Bail Bonds we don’t require collateral. But don’t take that as the gospel. Give us a call to make sure whether or not you’ll be required to put up collateral when you do a bail bond with us.
